颅骨修补术是什么

颅骨修补术是将缺损的颅骨进行填补，保证脑组织的正常血供和颅骨完整性。
手术、外伤等原因导致了颅骨的缺损，使得脑组织受压，缺损区形状发生改变，因此在术后3个月左右，会进行手术评估，行颅骨修补术，其目的是恢复颅骨的完整性、保障脑组织的正常血供和维持正常的颅内压。
颅骨修补主要的材料是自体骨瓣移植、金属预制品和三维钛板，需提前将修补材料进行三维塑形，保证修补术后的美观。
进行修补手术应进行提前的评估，要确保缺损部位压力不高、无局部的感染和破溃，以确保手术的成功。
